There are so many things to "monitor" during the last trimester...vaginal discharge, amniotic fluid, braxton hicks, general aches and pains. How do you know what's what and when to be concerned???

If your contractions are regular they are real, if they go away when you get up and walk around or are not consistent, they are Braxton-Hicks contractions. When you are ready to go, your waters will break, or you will have leaking, like you are peeing you pants, but you are not. Or your mugus plug will come out (this could happen a few days before delivery even). I have been told these are the most important signs to look for.
