it is possible that its the baby kicking you that is causing this pain. i had this problem during my 6th months and that was what the doc said it was. just to make sure, ask your doctor.

It's probably the baby bouncing/kicking your cervix, however, talk to your doctor to be sure.

I have been having the same thing, bad pain in that area, and alot of pressure. I do not recall this from my last 2 pregnancy's.

I am in my 34th week and have experienced this since my 28th week. The pressure is worse for me when I am laying down and need to roll over. I would love to know what it is.

I had the same type pain, and when I asked my doctor he said it is the baby hitting a nerve that causes a sharp quick pain.

you are not alone....I am having the same problem @ 37 weeks. This is my third pregnancy and I havent experienced it before, can hardly walk!!! Lots of research on my behalf hasnt come up with much other than the possibility that it is the cervix causing the pain preparing for labour!!! Hopefully this is all it is!!! Good luck!
