I am 31 weeks now with my second and my doctor explained the pressure on the pelvis area to be something like the womb with the baby inside resting on the pelvic area which is a heavy burden, hence the pressure. I find it gets worse when i walk a little and the pressure is at its strongest when i need the bathroom (even if i have just been). Any ideas for relief?

Have you tried the maternity belt? It works wonders! It is a stretchy belt with velcro straps that goes arond your back and under your belly. It supports my back and lifts the big belly off my bladder. Works wonders when I have a lot of errands and running around to do. I got mine at Motherhood.
