On my last visit by my midwife at 38 weeks, my notes read 4/5 about the position of the baby. Does this mean that the baby is nearly engaged?

Question, I am 32 weeks, and have been told the baby is 3/5th's and weight feels about 6lb, what does 3/5's mean ?
