Strictly a guess, but I would say it's stretching and preparing for childbirth. Does it feel bruised? Maybe someone on here has a better answer for you. I hope it gets better for you since you still have a while to go. Good luck

Hey there - it's totally normal. My DD is 5 weeks and I had a lot of the pains you're talking about when i was around 28 weeks. It is your body getting ready so don't sweat it.

at 28wks you start to feel more aches and pains lower in your pelvis it is normal especially if your baby moves alot...mine has moved like crazy (39wks) and i have had alot of low pelvic pain preparing for c.b.

I just made 29 weeks today and that is the same exact pain that i get and I would say that it is the stretching and preparing for childbirth.

It is very normal...I just had my baby boy on the 19th. I had really bad pain in my pelvis region. It started out the same way you described and it got worse. I could barely get out of bed without thinking that the baby was going to fall out if I moved. The pain ran up my legs and into my pelvic. It was not pretty. Good Luck

Stretching out down there...plus as your baby gets bigger, you'll get more pressure.
