10 Month Old Grinds Her Teeth!!!HELP!!!!

My daughter just turned 10months and coming with that she has started grinding her teeth and I can hear it... she has 4 on top and two on the bottom.... It is annoying BUT more importantly Im afraid she is going to hurt herself.... Her gums and her teeth and I dont know what to do to stop it!!!!!! Please HELP!!!!!!!!!

My ds started that about the exact same time and did it ALL the time. Now he is almost a year old (~sniff~) and he almost never does it. It was just a short lived phase. It drove me nuts too.

i agree with cass cause it is short lived, my little one did it (and i assume at the time) when she was getting a tooth, she is now two and hasn't done it for ages so there is nothing u can do, it will stop on its own.......

My parents tell me that I did that as a baby, too, but I outgrew it. My dad's a dentist and he wasn't too concerned at the time. As long as she outgrows it in a few months I think it'll be fine :-)

I was so worried because my dh does it exspecially if he is in pain so I was afraid she would start and not stop but Im so glad that it seems to just be a phase..... Thanks....
