Similar to another post, my son has been sick since friday. He had lime green diarrhea on friday, and began throwing up on sunday night. I called the ped about the poop, and he said if he starts throwing up see the doctor, so early monday morning we took him to children's hospital to get checked out. All they said was that he is not dehydrated and doing fine. Well he isn't doing fine to me!!! My baby has never thrown up before!!! He is fourteen months old, and I don't know what to do ...he threw up again last night....I am giving him pedialyte and nursing as per doctors suggestions, but how do I help stop the illness?

try giving him some sprite when my ds had that stomach bug that is the only thing he would not throw up.....he was over it pretty quick though so I am not sure why your lo is still throwing up and such maybe take him to his reg pedi

That seems like a long time to be sick I would call the ped back.

You can't really stop the illness unfortunately.. do you have something called pimperan there? I think that's the right spelling.. it comes in drops, I don't know if you need a prescription. Basically it stops you from throwing up.
