Taking Off Diaper!!!! HELP!!

I put my 12 month old in his playpen while i went to go check my email and a few min later i go to get him out and i see the floor is wet, im like where is the leak??? i look down and see he took off his diaper! Im thinking its just a one time thing but later on he does it again!!! What is this?? is it normal?? HELP!

totally normal. sage is no longer allowed to be unsupervised without a onesie on. My suggestion is to just keep clothing on him.

Totally normal......you better keep clothes on him all the time! You are lucky it was a liquid leak and not a poopy doaper smeared everywhere!

My dd went through this too, and it was poopy diaper!! It was horrible, anyways she grew out of this stage pretty fast. I definitley put a onesie on her at night for a while. This makes it harder for them to get to the diaper. I have also heard that you can put the diaper on backwards so they cant reach the tabs to pull them off. I never tried that though... Thank goodness she doesnt do that anymore.

What you can also do is put the diaper on backwards (tabs in the back). It looks funny, but works wonders. We discovered that if she couldn't do it for a few days she forgot she knew how and lost interest and stopped taking it off.

Ha ha my 15 month old is the exact same way....I have to put pants on him immediately, otherwise I hear the sound of velcro and see a streak of nudity run by.
