Toddler Stool And Headaches?

I seem to have developed a sensitivity to my dd's flatulence and/or stool for some reason. Whenever I smell that she has done a bowel movement I almost immediately get a headache, even though I try to change her as quickly as I can. Does anyone else have this strange problem?
