My zillion year old washing machine finally gave up the ghost. It was about 25 years old and I was its 3rd owner, so no complaints about that, except that my laundry pile has become a mountain. So I did my research and found a very affordable Frigidaire front loader that recieved positive customer reviews, etc. I went to Lowes to buy it, and the salesman told me that it was often returned due to its cheap door that warps easily if something gets caught in it, ruining the seal. I have a suspision that he thought he could talk me into the next model up - but I just left. I was hoping to find someone who used this model or knew someone who did so that I could get a realistic look at how useful it is. Has ayone bought a front loading 3.5 cu ft Frigidaire washing machine? Did you love it, hate it?

I haven't a clue about that washer but, I work in the sales business and if the salesman told you he had complaints he probably really has had complaints. Most of the time a salesman won't say bad stuff about any of there products unless it is true. They want your sale no matter what you purchase so more than likely they will not tell you there is a problem with someting just to try and get you to buy the next one up. They want your sale no matter what you buy. I would take his word for it and purchase something different. Good Luck!
