hi all..i would really appreciate it if u can help me decide cz im sooo confused and cant make up my mind.. i have an almost 26 months old dd and me and dh would like to have another baby now so they would be 3 years apart..i got a new job as a teacher and i'll be starting end of august. the issue is that if i start in august, i'll be most probably pregnant by that time hopefully..i'll be going for delivery mid may (just like my dd)..i thought this timing would suit me the most since sumer vacation starts beginning june...so i'll have my maternity leave along with the summer vacation after that..the thing is what will i do with the new baby after we have it?!! i dont wanna leave him so small with a baby sitter whom i dont know and cant trust..in the country where i live, its not easy to get a baby sitter or find a day care..plus this will be difficult cz i would like to b/f the new baby just like i did with my dd..should i give up my job from now and stay at home or shall i work for a year and then quit and stay with my babies? my dd will be going with me to pre school hopefully (this is still an issue the school is working on wince they dont accept kids under 2 1/2 yrs) so im really confused and i started to think that i dont want this job anymore... any help would be really appreciated...sorry to make it long..thanks for reading and sharing ur opinions :)

Women work with small babies in child care.. Pump milk at work and in the mornings... Hard, but doable. The good thing that it doesn't matter to the kid in the end, they are so flexible, much more than us mommies. The best is of course to stay with them at home, but it all depends on your financial situation.
