With #2 now on the way, I want to start intro'ing more self-feeding with DD1, so I just tried the Gerber bowl with the suction bottom. Even at 13 months, DD can get it off in a few little tugs, so I can imagine it'll be useless as she gets older/stronger. Anyone had better luck any other brands?

I have the munchkin brand and they are the same. My daughter has always been able to pull them off and they dont stick very well to begin with.

Pottery Barn Kids has some really good ones that we used with DD1. They are more pricey but they work.

I also have the munckin brand ones and they don't work at all:( My daughter thought it funnier that she got to pull it off the table and then dump it :)
