When I was changing my 29 month old son yesterday, I noticed two white bumps on his penis underneath his skin. They are different sizes and on the shaft in the middle. He was not circumcised. The when I was bathing him last night, there seemed to be more smaller ones all over but i couldn't see them. Did anyone ever come across this and what did you do?

I haven't yet but maybe its yeast type bumps or even small pimples? Have you tried different soaps or detergents or anything like that? Could be a reaction. Did you try washing him up and letting him air dry? I know I wasn't much help I hope you figure it out good luck!

this is normal. There are glands there that swell up, If you rub your was cloth or finger across them they, the white stuff will eventually come out and the bump will go away. But they come and go. It is not that you are not washing him. It's just something that happens until they are about 4-5yrs old. You can google it too.

It could be what wellis says, but I remember my son got whiteish bump things and I went to the doctor and it turned out to be a yeast infection. Sometimes their poop causes it.

I had that happen to my son too. He is not circumsized and my pediatrician told me to start putting the skin back a little more every time i gave him a bath. She said this was caused due to maybe the diaper cream or just body oil that get trapped in between the loose skin over time. You just have to begin "peeling" the skin back every time a little bit more until it's completely loose and you have able to clean it well. I did this and my son has never had them again.
