This (if it sticks) will be my 10th pregnancy. Not saying I have 10 kids, because all but 2 have been miscarried. This will be my 3rd live birth. I am almost into my 12th week, and I don't get in to see the doctor for 2 more weeks. What are the odds that I could have conceived multiples this time around? I am over 30, my mother is a fraternal twin, my maternal grandmother lost another set of twins... I sleep 15 - 18 hours a day, I have lost 10 pounds due to "morning" sickness. My husband and his friends keep telling me this time I am having twin boys, although they have no way of knowing that. I did not try to have multiples and will be extremely grateful just to see this pregnancy through until the end with a healthy baby at the end of it all. I just heard/read somewhere that the more times you get pregnant, the higher the odds and I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this? It would be nice after all that I have gone through to end up with the blessing of 2 boys to add to the 2 girls that we already have, but like I said I will be blessed just to have another healthy baby, hopefully... Please say prayers for us.
