ANYONE HAVING TWINS AT 40

I AM HAVING TWINS I AM 8 WKS I HAD AN INVITRO AND I AM BESIDES MYSELF. I HAD 6 EGGS TRANSFERRED AND NOW IT IS CONFIRMED THAT I AM HAVING TWINS. YET ON THE 2ND WK I SPOTTED 4 TIMES AND THAT SCARED ME SOOOOO BAD IS THAT NORMAL OR WAS THAT MY OTHER 4 EGGS PASSING?
