kim, i have just skimmed over the forus, and find myself drawn to your experience. i hope all is going well thus far, my question is regarding what "special things" have you had to do after you rcvd the + news. also, do you have a master list for all the abbreviations i see being mentioned? i am thinking of starting on this venture, and i just might go to the web sites i think i saw you mention a few times. to educate myself. actually, anyone who might know these answers can respond, kim might be non-available for a while. thanks.....

Jamie, thank you so much for your response. I am on day 12 or 13 not really sure because I was on progesterone and that screwed up my cycle abit and not sure what day I really started my period, but I did swallow the clomid :) LOL trying not to think about the twin thing, just thinking I will deal with it if it happens, also I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch, cause who knows if it will even work. Just keeping busy until my period is suppose to show up. Again thanks for your response. This board is really great. I appreciate your good wishes.

Hi Jamie, Well have the ultrasound and I am having ONE baby!!! Must confess to relief as I think two would have killed us, already have a very active toddler who never sleeps But can certainly understand and appreciate those who would want more, babies whether it is one, two or more are such a blessing and a gift. Just want my little jellybean (that is what we are calling it at the moment) to be healthy, ten toes, ten fingers and a big smile... Take care everyone and good luck Jamie with the ultrasound.

Jaime - August 14th, 2005 6:18 PM

Hi Sonya: That is fantastic news, congratulations did you see the heartbeat? It is now 8:00am here and my appointment is at 10:30am. I am feeling extremely nauseous today, the m/s has really kicked in over the last week. I'll post when I get back from the appointment. I know what you mean about the active toddler thing. Nathan isn't even walking yet and I feel like he is everywhere at once. I think on the one hand twins would be great but on the other hand wow what a hand ful it would be! Speak to you soon Jaime.

Jaime - August 14th, 2005 6:21 PM

To Irene: You're very welcome :) I hope that everything works out for you, keep us informed on how you are doing. Jaime

Kristina - August 14th, 2005 6:33 PM

To Lauren .......... My sincere condolences on the loss of your baby brother. We will all keep you in our thoughts as you begin to heal. Extra baby dust to you as well, Kristina.

Jaime - August 14th, 2005 11:38 PM

Hi everyone, I had the U/S today and I too am having one baby. It was 4.5 millimeters long and heart rate was 118 beats per min. I am so excited clomid is the best, 2 months ago I was having alot of trouble getting pregnant, now I have a little jellybean with a tiny little heart beating away in my tummy! Good luck and baby dust to you all.

Amanda - August 15th, 2005 12:12 AM

Hi, ladies. Well I finally convinced my husband to get checked and he has a low sperm count. Everything else came back fine. Does anyone else have this situation? He will see the urologist on the 26th. I am going to stay on clomid to improve our chances. I don't know what his exact count is, but I have already put him on vitamins. Thanks for any imput.
