Lilly, me want twins I totally agree with you. I learned quite abit about the environments affects on hormones when I did some research on natural progesterone cream, and estrogen dominance. It was quite interesting. I made my appt for Jan. 26 and will get an US then. My doc always does one on the first visit. I will be 7wks on the nose. So should see a heartbeat or heartbeats?

I think that yes it does. My doctor prescribed 50 mg day 5-9 even though I ovulate normally, its just we have not gotten pregnant since the miscarriage last July. Does anyone know if that will increase my chances of having twins? I'm 29 years old. Does anyone know when you are supposed to ovulate on Clomid?

This morning Ive done OPK test and it come with two faint lines.Its just started so probably within 2 or 3 days I'll ovulate.Hopping this time I'll be more lucky and will have 2 or 3 good eggs.Would not be able to see, no U/S this month, but I can feel it very close.Oh Im so exited, praying to conceive twins.Wouldnt it be nice?

AMY, I have info that ovulation came 5-8 days after your last clomid pills.As well one site says 5-12 days.So you need pay attention after five days.I know if you test to early clomid can give faulse positive result, so dont mix up.Im taking clomid days 3-7, and today is my 6 day after last clomid pills, and OPK came allready with faint 2 lines.So probably 2morrow will come more dark lines and ovulation should accure within next 1,2 or 3 days. I as well ovulate normally, had M/C last novembar and no pregnancy yet.This is my second round on clomid-serophene, first 50mg 3-7 days, had 2 large eggs docor prescribed.But this time Im taking 100mg fertomid(without prescriptions from india) and my doctor dosnt know, Im a bit scared but my love to have baby or two is stronger, so decided to risk...All our fertility test are ok even chromosoms, cant cope anymore with negative HPT.So, will let you know what will happend.Have some side effects a few acnes, and a bit pain during lovemaking, wich ussualy goes a way when ovulation occures.XX

Yes Shennon, I had yesturday transvaginal U/S and I am TOTALY confused.Yesturday was CD 24 and doctor find one follie 2 or 3 day a way to ovulate!!!!!How this could happend????Had LH surge days 13,14 and morning 15, felt ovulation, was strong pain and after , within 1 hour had no pain any more.Asked doctor is that some mistake, he said no, and asked can he see is my utreus ready for period and are my ovaries enlarged, they can tell you when you a few days to get period, I know becose had so many U/S said no, lining is thick and nice, so clomid didnt couse thin lining with me.I am confused and now thinking is there possibility that it is something else?Cyst or what?I am a bit sceptical about having an egg at day 24!I know a allready ovulated.How you can ovulate twice????It is not possible, just within 24 hours.All I can do is to wait for few days, period like I think should arrive from 4-6 february.Hi didnt gave me requiest for blood preg.I tested OPK and PG test and both negative.So, what is going on?i am as well feel like period is very close.Any way this is message for all on clomid to have BD every second day, as doctor said, nature is unpredictable.Now really dont know what to do?!XXX

Hi all! I had my vaginal US and everything looks good. There is one baby with good hb at 145. I was 7w at US. I really think God gives you what you can handle. We are very busy with out other three.

I am new to this thread but, I am a regular at this site. I have been reading all of your post on and off for about 1 month now. I've finally finished reading all of them. I came across this thread by accident. I googled "Increasing chances for twins" or something like that and this site popped up. Which I have been to this site before but somehow missed this board. Anyways, enough with the rambling. I am 30 with a daughter 8 and took Clomiphene with her and got pregnant right away. Wasn't O'ing same time every month. But Doc thinks I was pregnant already when I took it. DH and I, are trying for a baby. I have always wanted twins and was happy to see that I am not the only with this thought. When I would mention this to people they would look at me like I am from another planet. I think twins are a blessing. I love babies and am from a family where there is 6 kids all adults now. :-) I have always remebered from the time I was a child I was fascinated with twins and always wanted them as an adult. So...We have been trying since last July. No Clomid or meds. Just drinking Fertilitea and taking the capsules FertiliAid. I know many of you may have heard of them. So I started both in June and July and In August got pregnant. But miscarried at 5 weeks. Stopped taking both and got pregnant right away in September, but miscarried again. :-( Doc said my Progesterone level may have been low and it's not sticking. Still did not continue with the natural tea and have not gotten pregnant, since September.

I just started again in January with the natural herbs but I am questioning if I should use (Clomid,Clomiphene or whatever.) since, I am tired of being disappointed every month since. We wanted both pregnancies but God had another plan. This would be my 2nd and DH 1st child. I felt really bad because when I got pregnant the first time I told him and daughter a.s.a.p. Then lost it. Both was soooo, excited. She wants a brother/sister or both at the same time. :-) She keeps bringing up the fact that I was due May then again in June. I think that she secretly thinks that a baby is in there but my tummy just haven't gotten bigger yet. :-( I hate it talking about it. I keep thinking about it. Especially, since Angelina Brad has the exact same due date as what mine was. I know it is wrong but, I sometimes feel jealous. I pray and do wish everyone the best on this board whoever may be pregnant. But, I long to hold our baby in my arms. I know this time, I would not Bitch and complain about morning sickness. I would be sick, nasueas and tired but, will cherish every moment. (Than to ever want to face miscarriage again.)

I do apologize for hogging up so much of this thread. But, just trying to give you a small but big portion about my life in the past year. So my question, finally. :-) "Should I now start trying Clomid after what I mentioned above?"I already O'd for last month waiting to see if I get the BFP. But, am planning now for this month just in case. And, since we are trying might as well increase our chances and try twins. I hope, that I didn't bore you guys and I hope you welcome me to this thread. Hi all. im still here trying to get pg. Just more naturally. All the meds and waiting made me fustrated and stressed me out really bad. My DH finally said lets just wait and see what happens. We still want a baby and im learning to be patient. I use to feel really bad cause I thought I was the only one that had all these fustrations, but it was good having all you guys out there for moral support. Im soo glad that yall were there to share your experiences. This helps alot. Thanks to All. And Lots of Baby Dust!!!!!!

Hi ladies, I am back, not pregnant yet, again.Got my period CD30 with not too many PMS signs and this time was a bit longer than last month.Today is CD7 and I already finished with clomid days 2-6 ,50mg, so now waiting for U/S to see do I have any eggs for IUI.My darling had to do again semen test and will know more tomorrow if all ok.We are both stressed and confused and we dont know what to exspect from 1st round.If I will have any follies, doctor will see if need to have FSG or trigger shot.I will be glad to have shot, then I will at list know that O will happend, becose last month had follie day 24 wich probably not being relised.I am a bit worry about all this and probably O may happend for weekends so doctor on duty will do the whole process IUI.It is headache timing when semen should be in laboratory.Dont know what to think, but it is the only way for me.This time wouldnt have robbitussin.All is in hands of my doctor.To all girlls TTC good luck and keep us informing.

To LILLYANNA...I wish you all the best of luck. My fingers are crossed for you. After years of trying and moving across the Canada to see a new fertility doctor, we conceived twins by IUI in October. I know the waiting game is awfull, but hold on, it will all be worth it in the end. This was not our first round of IUI. Here inCanada, clomid is not regularly used anymore. We used puregon injections with a final hgc shot to boost things up. We had a more personal experience this time. My husband was actully allowed to push the plunger to do the insemination this time (after the catheder was in place of course). I really belive that having him do it made this pregnancy happen! Good luck to you, I promise it really isn't that unpleasant. I'm sure you know by now, the testing & questions can be much more invasive. You'll do great!
