I have a 3 year old boy I had no trouble making. We wanted another and it wasn't happening! I believe I'm probably almost starting menopause as I am older. Or it could be that I'm just heavier now. I am 200 pounds versus the 160 pounds I was when i conceived my first son.

I took 50mg of clomid for 3 months and no ovulation occured (confirmed with blood tests).

Than I took 100mg for one month, again no ovulation.

4th month I took 100mg and voila. Positively pregnant!

Keep hopes up because it just might happen!

Hey all... Congrats to those of you prego, good luck and sticky baby dust to all of us trying. CD 21 approx 7 dpo, im extremely moody and cramping on my right side... is this normal? i've never had regular menses, is this AF coming or implantation?

Hi jacqirosemeadows it could be the embryo has implanted in your uterus and the hormones are causing it to swell. It gives a cramping sensation as the uterus grows. I had cramping in both my pregnancies. Only thing you can do is wait another week and test!

hi, great forum you brave girls. Even though our OBs and REs knows the best (most of the time) its a great way to support each other going through same situations.

AFM im 28, PCOS,Hypothyroid,ttc. I finally took metformin and clomid l00mg last year, first round. CD 13's after u/s OB said that my follicles are growing well, 3 days later for 3 days i felt a lot of CM and thought i m ovulating so Me and him tried. 3 days after that no CM. OB did another u/s and said that my follicles doesn't look big but my lining is thickining and ask to do a follow up this week.
I did not have any really bad side effects during using clomid (cd 6-10)but hot flashes.
i m on CD 30 today, extremely moody, no AF but bloated. Cramps comes and go. I thought since my OB didn't clearly say that i m ovulated or not i probably didn't so waiting for AF. I think i should do a HPT.
Anyway i have been following this forum since a month, i guess i have PCOS and also procrastination..haha.

sorry I took metformin 500mg with 100mg clomid last month first time.

just took a HPT ...BFN just as i thought. Who is with me taking another clomid cycle. lets see if my GYN prescribe me this month also.

Ashley - Were you on perscribed or u/p clomid? If u/p where did you order it.

In case my OB isnt moving fast enought where is a good site ro buy u/p clomid?

well af showed up yesterday, so I guess instead of the day being cd 33 it was in fact cd 1! Anyway ready for the next round of clomid.
Babydua - I guess I am with u now, i am taking 2000mg metformin and 50mg clomid cd 5-9. I also have pcos. Let's hope this cycle will be ours, here is to sticky baby dust! :)

Good luck and lots of baby dust to everyone. Im CD22 and approx 8 dpo, still cramping, crossing my fingers it's my time for a miracle. This 2ww period is killing me. I'm not good with patience

what do you do about the moodiness? I hate fighting with DH but i find myself easily annoyed. he's such a sweetie and i hate to get mad at him but he doesn't really understand what's going on in my body so it seems like sometimes im alone in this.

Now on cd48. Finally finished my 10 days of preovera!!! (hey, small victories...) Can't wait for AF to show up so I can start taking my clomid. What a love/hate relationship!

It has been a few days since I have been on :).
Congrats Ashely on the twins!!!! Well I ended up getting my af on cycle day 39! so i ovulated a week later then the dr. told me I would. So this month I am going to do the ovulation tests instead of the ultrasounds. Is it normal to Ovulate that late? So today is day 9 so my last pill. Here we go again :) happy Easter girls!!!

Hey ladies, sorry I didn't post Friday or Saturday..I tested again Friday night after I got home from work. It was about 10 at night..negative. :( I didn't even test on Saturday figured it was pointless..and go figure AF showed up today at work! ugh! So disappointing! I am once again thankful my period showed up as it used to be months with no periods. My cycle was 29 days. So I will call the Dr. tomorrow to find out what he wants to do for round 4.... I'm bummed and so worried about the future! I am very thankful I have you ladies for support! I don't know how I ever got through this struggle without all of you!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! Thank you so much for all the kind words! Good Luck to Everyone!!!
