Today I'm CD 25 and I think I may be ovulating. I thought I was ovulating 2 weeks ago. I was cramping really bad and had EWCM, so I took an OPK test and it was negative. Yesterday I woke up with really sore nips and had some more cramping so I thought I would take another OPK and it was positive. I'm soo confused. I was planning on taking a pregnancy test on the 17th, but now I'm not really sure when to test. Can someone ovulate more than once? Has this happened to anyone before?

nitu:

Ya I tend to be tired throughout the day, but by the time I get home, I want to do nothing but eat, take pills and eventually fall asleep on the couch, the only time I have a hard time falling to sleep is when I'm "woken" up at like 4:30 to pee, which I fight as much as I can, but it usually gets pretty painful to hold it. But usually when I wake up to pee, I have a very had time falling back to sleep. I think that has happened at 1am as well. But my DH makes me go to the bathroom before I go to bed as he knows I don't like waking up to early.

I've been using the Benefiber (non-flavored as the drink ones have the fake sweetener in it, so those give me migraines, found out the hard way, but they are def very tasty) but the non-flavored ones you put in anything.. which I put in my scrambled eggs this morning. I also got the recommended Colace, which I'm hoping will help today.

but I also stopped taking the sample prenatal pills they gave me, as the iron was ridiculously high. And bought more one a day prenatal, which never bothered me.

The nurse/midwife (Im not really sure what her occupation is, I just know she helps preggers and very organic) but she's a friend of my boss, but she will be bringing me some things from the organic store that is filled with iron, but softer on your stomach. I'll let you know when I get it.

Wow,congratulations to all who have had success with clomid.I am due to start on clomid50mg days 5-9 this month prescribed for pcos.I have lots of hope after reading all your stories and its good to know i am not alone. My prayer is that God will give me a miracle by December because i know He is more than able.I have been trying for 3 years. All the best to all those yet to conceive.

Lilyloo - November 7th, 2009 2:32 PM

JessBednarski88 - This cycle I had a +opk cd12, and again on cd17. My temp confirmed that the opk+ on cd17 was more accurate b/c I O'd on cd 20. Those OPKs are not something to trust. They are fine to use, but I would recommend also charting your BBT if you aren't already doing so.

nitu - Congrats! I bet you are super excited!!

AFM- I am cd29, 9DPO. Nothing much going on, just been so bloated feeling the last few days. I had cramps and sore breasts at 7DPO, but that was the only day. Not feeling so positive about this month. I will not get any hopes up until I am 12DPO or more with no AF. I expect AF anyday though. I have still not gotten my Progesterone b/w results back from when I had it drawn on 10/31! How long does it usually take to get back the results for some of you ladies?? I just want to know how the #'s are. What if I didn't even O.

Take care everyone! Have a great weekend.

lmcollier09 - November 7th, 2009 7:12 PM

Congrats NITU...

Lilyloo- I get my results same day.. mine was 17 this time which mean I did O.. last month is was 20..my dr like to c any where from 10-20...

Afm- its 8dpo and I'm just waiting till wed to get my blood drawn.. I hope this cycle wrk cuz I only hav one more shot at it.. then I'm giving TTC a break so stressful..

rosenow - November 8th, 2009 8:24 PM

Hey girls. Well I am CD 9 just finished my last dose of clomid 150. I have an U/S tomorrow at 11am. This is my last round on clomid with this Dr. he is going to send me to a special clinic that can do other procedures. I really hope it works because fertility after clomid scares me. It's only my third month so I am thinking maybe the new Dr. will keep me on Clomid because I AM ovulating on it and just add soemthing. I don;t know. Not going to put much thought into it. It's in God's hands.

HAve a great week girls!

lmcollier09 - November 8th, 2009 9:56 PM

Rosenow- I will b starting round 3 also. And I'm like u wondering if it doest wrk wht nxt... I guess we will see..

Elle123- congrats wishing u a happy healthy 9 mons....

Have a great week ladies!!!!

SoReady - November 8th, 2009 11:12 PM

Hey ladies,
Here is my little update:
I am 16dpo and I have been spotting for the last 4 days. I tested yesterday with FMU and I got a BFN! So I am sure that AF will be here soon.

My dh is coming to the states for xmas and even though we didnt want to try in december, I think that I might talk to him about it. Being here I will have more fertility options then what I have in Europe so I am gonna try to take advantage of that. I will be contacting my insurance to find out if I can use fertility doctors here. If so I am gonna do everything that I can to talk dh into freezing his sperm.
In the past dh has told me absolutly not because he "doesnt want me getting pregnant by a turkey baster." I will pull out all the stops to get him to agree but I have to be realistic that he probably wont.

I guess this is Good Bye for now. I will be back when we start ttc again. I just dont know when that is going to be. I hope that I dont have to wait another year.

Thank you so much ladies for all of your support and kind words over the last year. I couldnt have made it this far without yall. I have enjoyed going through this experience with all of you because yalls stories and successes have given me hope. I wish all of you the best of luck from the bottom of my heart! I hope that yall are all blessed with healthy, beautiful babies!

Ladies Good Luck!

crazymonkey - November 9th, 2009 11:02 AM

hallooooo ladies.
congrats to the 2 new preggie ladies. happy and healthy 9 months for you guys.

I am on top of the world since making the decision a week ago to take a 2 month break and try again in the new year. got weighed and measured at gym today, and i lost 2kg and 3 cm. I am a happy happy girl and just totally enjoying my husband. feels like i have redescovered and falling in love all over again. the only meds i am on at the moment is provera 10mg cause my gyne wants me to have a period, so that will be the only meds for me. but its a fantastic feeling of no more monitoring and scanning and bloodtest ect.
my hubby and i are just doing the things we have missed out over the last 11 months.

Krissy just wana say all the best for your surgery tomorrow. I had that exact same surgery in august and can say that you gona be totally fine. the first day the morfene from the op lasted till bout 7.30 the eve, so that was great, felt no pain, then the night i spent at the hospital, i had maybe 3 or 4 rounds of pain killers, and once at home and that was it, then obviously there is some mild pain and discomfort, but not to the extent that i needed painkillers. it took a good week before i was totally recoverd, but its cool, and there is so little scared, cause they make a tiny cut by your overy / s, one in your belly button and one just below your panty line, so it looks good afterwards. All the best and will be thinking of you.

how are all the other girls doing? I am thinking of you all and reading all your posts. To all those ladies considering taking a break.... DO IT, TAKE A BREAK!!!.

lotsa love
M

So when have you decided to test? fingers crossed!

rosenow - November 9th, 2009 1:21 PM

Hi girls. Just got back from my Ultra sound. I have two nice big ones. One on each side! I don;t know how big yet. My Dr. is going to call me with the results. I really hope this is my month otherwise it's off to the special clinic for me. Clomid is making me ovulate so there should be no reason why this should not work. Boy my fingers and toes are crossed. Life after unsuccesful clomid is scary for me! ttyl ladies

divadivina2u - November 9th, 2009 3:20 PM

hey rose, how do they check this by ultrasound?
