i am taking 150mg of clomid this my 4th cycle still not pregnant getting really down now goodluck to every onex

Snuggles, has your dr tried anything other than Clomid on you?

Just wondering if any her is being prescribed Letrozole or has gotten pregnant in the past using this drug. I tried one dose of Clomid but it didn't help produce many mature follicles so Dr. is switching me to Letrozole after only one month.

Hello Ladies! I am Amanda, Im 22 yrs old and have PCOS. I started my first round of Clomid in Aug/Sept 2006 taking 50mg. I bd'd around days 14-18 and got a light BFP the first month. I ended up m/cing in October of 06. Well my DR Rx 100mg Clomid for the following month, but I never took it because AF never came and I truely didnt like my DR. So 6 months later, I have found a great DR who says he will start me on Clomid & Metformin next week. He took some blood yesterday to check my FSH & LSH levels (?) and I will be going in next week for an u/s to "confirm" PCOS. Wish me luck!

I just hrd that 14days to your next p is the day when u r fertile. I wnt with clomid as was told that bet dat12-16 i will be fertile but this days are wrong compared to the 14days. Has anyone had the same prop

Hi Roch - I finished my first round of clomid 50mg,and metformin,on the 5th of April,so Im in the 2ww.....Wish you the best! I really only had one s/e - that I wanted to scream at everyone around me...lol...so angry, and thats just not me. I do have a question for the other ladies though...is anyone else a type 2 diabetic, or know of one, that conceived on clomid? I just found out last August, and have done everything Im supposed to. Sugars are under control (with help of metformin) and I walk regulary. Still need to take off more weight, but the doc said just to concentrate on not gaining. Anyway, wish me luck!

Hi all, I found a few months ago that I had PCOS and was put on clomid to get ovulation going. I was on 50mg on days 2-6 and ovulated after first cycle, I have been on 3 cycles and yesterday had a blood test to test for pregnancy because I was feeling a little funny, well I got my test results today and Found out that I am pregnant, YAAAAAY!! This is the best feeling ever and wish everyone the best of luck :-)

hey everyone! I just had my blood drawn this week and found out not o..after riest round of clomid, oh well, but the crazy thing is that I have been nauseated, and tired, threw up teo days ago, and had to lay down till the nausea passed today. After about an hour I was fine. Could these be side effects of harmone levels??

I was wondering for the women who got pregnant after using Clomid or Letrozole when you went in for you Ultrasound..to see how many follicles how big were they at that time? Were they considered to be mature? Add how many Follicles did you have?

Hi, I didn't do anything different, i used an opk and had sex the day before the day of and the day after ovulation.
I didn't have an ultrasound I just had a blood test on the 21st day of my cycle to make sure I was ovulating. I'm 5 weeks tomorrow a nd so excited. I wish you all the best of luck, keep up your positive thoughts and you'll be fine

simon91.Does this ovulation kit work? when you took clomid for day3-5 when were you most fertile?

Hi Vij, yes opk's worked for me, I ovulated on day 12 or 13. I started using the opk on day 11 and it usually showed an LH rise
