great story kimmer..I think today must be a lull for me I feel negative & b*tchy. I did another opk *& no surge again...today is day 10.

geewife1 - November 2nd, 2007 4:33 PM

hey rowan I didn't see a surge until cd 19. just keep on testing hopefully you will see one in the next few days to come.

geewife1 - November 2nd, 2007 6:07 PM

hey Guys I think cheri has closed down her site(temporarly ).I could be wrong tho. I tried to go to her site and it said that they couldn't find any matches. So I tried 3 times it was still the same response. I guess it isn't for me to know. I wasn't going to ask her anything I just wanted to read some stuff on her site. But I can't access it. As for me I am on cd 22 I guess I'll take the prego test at the end of next week. I just hope AF doesn't show her face. Baby Dust to Everyone.

Elwood I am so happy that you Ov. that 's a good feeling to have. I hope you concieve. I believe your on day 23. G/L

Teddyfinch - November 3rd, 2007 2:07 AM

I've had a few dreams about being pregnant. But I'm more along the lines of "OMG what if I forget her name" and things like that lol. But what's kinda cool is, about 2 weeks before my sister told us she was pregnant, I had dreamed that I was trying to tell her she was, but she kept saying there was no way she could be. Then 2 weeks later, she's calling me up telling me she was. I knew it before anyone else did =P Another neat thing is my little sister dreamed my husband and I had a baby. They didn't know it was mine, but she said he looked exactly both my husband and me and a lot like DH's baby pictures. So who knows. Me and my sisters are very close so who knows what she's seeing. I believe in the ability to look ahead. I've done it, and hopefully my little sister is doing it too!!

Try to do something happy, X'mas is coming, I have been making cards for my family & frens, planning & decorating, its sure is fun.

PL - November 3rd, 2007 5:04 AM

About baby dreams, I used to have dreams of me feeling pregnant even before hubby & I started dating. Until I had a dream that was so obvious that I was pregnant when we started dating. I told my best fren, she joked that I must be pregnant. After that I found out i was pregnant. After that I still have dreams once in a while, sometimes I can see their faces, they are so gorgeous. So long, it havent come true, but it will. Have you ladies started to think of a name? My son will be Ethan, girl will be Kylie and Katie.

PL - November 3rd, 2007 5:07 AM

Elwood, good luck, hope this month will be the month for you. Rowan, don be disappointed, CD 10 is still early, in 4 days you will get a +opk. I tried to do temp before, but it doesnt work for me & I find it very confusing. Charting is still the best for me. Have a good weekend everyone!

Rowan - November 3rd, 2007 7:47 AM

thanks for the optomism guys I would have never thought to start my opk's this early but last mth I o'd on cd 8 (I also took clomid days 1-5). So now its gonna cost me a fortune in opk's. Quest. can you just buy the inserts for the digital clearblue & not the whole pk? PL you are very encouraging I admire that. I love the names! Bul I didn't remember you had an etopic...did you lose your tube? I'm sorry for that. I had a miscarriage when I was 3 mths along & its so tuff! Geewife not much further to go...you can start our ball rolling for the mth. teddyfinch your so llucky to have sisters. I have 2 bro's ...my baby brother was killed 2 yrs ago in an auto accid. & life has never seemed the same. We were so close. I would love another little boy to remind me daily of the handsome brother I lost. Baby dreams ladies.

Bul - November 3rd, 2007 8:05 AM

just that its hard to know you are doing everything you can and nothing comes up. yes Rowan i lost a cube but my doc said it won't affect my chances of conceinving, but i'm sure it is.

geewife1 - November 3rd, 2007 3:51 PM

Rowan I hope your right. I would Love to get the ball rolling. It is strange that I am still having pains from time to time on my right side where my ovaries would be. My hubby has thought of babies names after his late Aunt & his mom middle name which would be Frances Ann I know it is an old time name but it really means something and she'll be named after two wonderful people. My son would (of course) have his father's first name. and his middle name would after my late grandfather which was named Landon. Good Luck everyone.

sammommy - November 3rd, 2007 9:13 PM

Hi!!! What a beautiful story that was.I'm sitting here drenched in hormonal tears.......I hope everyone is doing well...you are all in my thoughts and prayers :)

Teddyfinch - November 4th, 2007 2:04 AM

lol sammommy i laughed when i saw what you wrote. i'm sitting here trying to hold back tears also. PL: I love the names! in fact, dh and i are going to name our first son ethan and our daughter kiara. that was originally supposed to be my name, but my mother went with teresa instead for the saint. i was going to ask, though, the hot flashes that come with clomid. do they happen during the time you take them or after? just wanna know what to expect.

Rowan - November 4th, 2007 6:11 AM

Geewife - love the name landon. Teddyfinch it is my experi. that I got the side effects from clomid after the pills. & every month they got alittle wose on some things & better on others. Sammymom so glad to hear your hormones are still making you cry. What I wouldn't give to cry right now.

Hoping1 - November 4th, 2007 3:36 PM

Great story Kimmers- and I really like the names Landon and Kiara, too. I also really like Ethan, but my DH's cousin is named that, so that's a no go. I've always REALLY liked Caleb, but it seems almost overused anymore... I don't know. How are things going Rowan? + signs yet? If not, it will come. It can be so unpredictable. Just to chime into the name conversation, my son will be named Jackson Paul and my daughter Reese or Kennedy. I'm not nearly as sure of girls names as I am of boys for some reason. Liam is a running for a boy's name, as is Landon (:-)-gee). Who knows. This month is depressing for me b/c I thought I would be telling my fam around the Thanksgiving table... but hearing from Sam and Meg and Kimmer's happy stories, they help! :-) Baby dreams and dust all around ladies...
