I do not have periods for a year before I start clomid treatment, so I don't know my regular cycle. I started 1st round of clomid, how do i know when to start the 2nd round of clomid?

if i do not have periods and need provera to start periods, how do i know when to start 2nd round of clomid? Please help.

Hello every one. Well on monday i had a little spot of blood thoght it was AF but nothing after that so started to get a bit more excited i was going to take a test monday. But just before work yesterday AF showed up. Which bit worrying as i was 4 days late but it was 20 days after ovulation. i think that is to long but will try again on 50mg x baby dust

Hi, I am new here. Could any one please give me some advice?????!!!!!!! Me and my hubbie are struggling now 7-8 yrs to conceive. I have asked my dr to prescribe me some fertomid. She gave me a prescription for 3 months. It is fertomid 50mg. Now I was wondering why are some of u taking it on days 2-6 and others from days 5-9. What is the difference? Are your chances to become pregnant better if u take it days 2-6? Pleeeaaase answer me soon!!!!! O, and I also want to find out if you should double the fertomid after the first month if nothing has happened.

Hello CNG i dont think it matters when you take it i take my clomid 3 - 7 just means i O a little bit early. I was wondering if any one could help me where i stand. I should b at work today but i couldnt stop crying i have held it in n exploded today so i didnt go to work i couldnt face it but i on a warning already about time of. Do you think it pos to have a week of from work due to depression from infertility. I just feel i need a break to relax from everythin at the moment i suppose i just feel really low.

Hi girls! I am so glad I found this group. I didn't think to look under the multiples section but I'm in a situation like all of you. Actually, HopeForBaby, I have to take Provera too. I'll be starting my second Provera the week of the 18th so I can begin my first Clomid cycle, 50mg days 3-7. I am really excited, but nervous too! KrazyDaisy666-after reading through all the posting, I think you are definitely entitled to time off. I have not even barely tipped my toe as far into this world of infertility as a lot of you girls have and I myself am having a rough time. It is frustrating...why won't our bodies work like they were made to??? That's what I keep asking. But unless someone has been through this, they have NO idea how it is to wait and wait and be crushed every month!!! I'm so sorry to you, to all of us, but it WILL happen, we will hold beautiful babies in our arms! Keep your chin up (or your legs depending on when you're reading this!) :}

I am disappointed and excited at the same time. My hus and I were to have the sprem wash and IUI today but I have not ovulated. I got a very pink faint line on the test. So we rescheduled for tomorrow. We have not been trying as long as soon but have been actively trying for 9 months now. My clomid was incresed to 150 mg and I was a bucket of tears in church Sunday. I could not stop crying and it did not help that every woman that pasted me was carrying a newborn babay. We are 37 on (8-23-08) and he 40(4-23-08) so I hope I have not missed my chance but, I want to wait and have kids after I married and we married Oct 07. I pray that all of us get our hearts desire and kept trust that our time is not God's time and it will happen! baby dust to all and pray me God's will for the IUI and a baby

Hello all. I just wanted to say Hello. I made it through days 5-9 of Clomid without horrible side effects. The only thing I noticed was a slight headache the first two days and hot flashes! But not horrible. I pray pray pray and am also taking robitusson to help with c. mucous. I just moved due to husband's transfer so it's hard doing all tests and everything long distance with my dr. But, I pray pray pray that God gives us a baby. It is so hard to think that only 6 months ago I heard a heartbeat and lost that baby. I was another baby so bad. I know we can HAVE a child, b/c we did but why I haven't gotten pregnant since and now I'm not ovulating regularly. So, just wanted to vent. I pray for everyone on this board!

I just came from my IUI toady. I am so excited and expectant!!!! I was shocked and happ that my dr. ask if my husband and I had prayed before she did the insert. We had but another prayer did not hurt. So we will also keep trying naturally and the best surprise for my birthday 8-23 is to know we are pregnant

Hi ladies here is my update. I am on cd 9 I finish my 3rd round of clomid on sunday cd 3-7 and this is my second day of taking the estrodoil I take that cd 8-12 but last night I forgot to take my meds with me to my night job cause I was rushing so I will not finish up until the evening of cd 12. I get to start bding tonight cause my honey will be home he have been gone for 17 days. Oh and I decided that I will use my opk test strip that I got from the internet starting on cd 12 I only have 7 left so I will not be testing 2 times a day and I will not be testing early like cd 10 last cycle I ovulated on cd 15 and the cycle before that it was cd 13 I hope I don't miss it but I will start bding tonight anyway. I don't start the progesterone sup until cd 17 and I will be taking that in the morning instead of in the evening because last cycle it really messed with me and it was making me extremely too sleepy at my night job and I kept getting into trouble. I can take the hpt on cd 27 & 28 and I will not test early for that either my cycles are normally 30 days so we shall see. How is everyone doing? That is my little update. Krissy68

Hi ladies i hope you dont mind me postin on here i usually post on the other thread. I'm currently on CD5 of my cycle, taking 100mg clomid days 3-7. I have a 6 year old DS and myself and DH have been TTC properly since DEC 07 but not using protection for a few months before that. This is my first clomid cycle and i'm so surprised to be suffering from NO side effects! has this happened to anyone else? i was so prepared that i was going to be in a bad mood, headachy, hot flushes etc and ive had nothing - is anyone else on a similar CD to me? Nice to meet you all! :)

Hi KAZ-That's great that you are having no side effects!! I am going to be starting my first round of Clomid 50mg cd 3-7 in about 2 weeks (hopefully - just waiting for af!!!). Are you taking it in the morning or at night? I've read that taking it at night helps with the s/e because you can sleep through most of them, but I read somewhere on someone's post (whether here or on another site) that it is more effective to take it in the morning? Has anyone heard anything about that? I would assume if that were true that most people would take it in the morning (choosing effectiveness over side effects) but I have also read that the side effects can be pretty miserable, making it easier to get through by taking it at night. Anyone know?? Thanks!!! Oh, and good luck to all!!!

worththewait - I took all 3 rounds of my clomid right before bed. I only had hot flashes as side effects and all time I produced 4 or more follicies. Baby dust to all!!!!

Hey ladies I take my clomid on cd 3-7 and always around 11am and I have no s/e but I have been taking it forever now this was my 3rd round of prescribe clomid but before that I had took 2 rounds of u/prescribe and I did have some s/e but nothing to major. Krissy68

KRISSY how are you i've been wondering how you're going? what CD are you on now??? WORTHTHEWAIT - i guess i spoke too soon about having no s/e on CD5 i was awake half the night having hot flushes and the same again last night. I know it sounds stupid but i was kinda relieved to have side effects - hopefully this means its working!!! today is CD7 i have my last pill to take tonight :)
