Ihave also had the IUI the sperm wash was $200 and my insemnation was $240. I am in NC.
We will be doing it again this week. The insurance that I have BCBS did not cover anything.
This is my sixth rond of clomid and the effects have been the worst. I wake up with blurred vision but it goes away in about 15 minutes. I am just not myself.

He everyone. I've never used a site like this so please forgive any errors I may make. I am going to start Clomid 50mg on my next cycle, and I was hoping to get any addition tips. I've read to take robitussin and baby aspirin? When during my cycle should I take these?

Just a small update :) Today is cd 25. My cycles run 30 days apart. So far I havent had any signs of af showing up. My signs usually start a week and a half early letting me know it will happen. So no signs yet yay!! tuesday is my pre op and friday is the surgery. i am a little nervous. Af is suppose to show up on that day. I have been quite busy getting the house really really clean, so the hubby doesnt have to do much while i am recovering. hes taking a few days off to be with me. I will let everone know what the dr finds on friday. until then bye for now :)

I just had my ultrasound to show I had 4 great follicies. I now have to test to see when I ovulate. When is the best time to test.

The doctor said that I can start to test on monday and some Early pregancy test may work , now But I am scared !! So I decided I will wait until next wednesday to see , becuase i figure by the AF would be here of BFP !!!!! Anyways I have had a question has any of you heard of having back to back IUI's with out the use of clomid ? That what I did . I had a shot on 1 day and then the next 2 days I had back to back IUI's and now they have me on prometrium . I dont know . Just wondered if any has did back to back and also with out clomid , Good luck to you all , and wishes ...I hope this thread does not Die i really like it !! ;)

Hi everyone! I feel so blessed to have found this site. My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now! We both went through testing and were told that we are fine. My doctor put me on 50mg of clomid two months ago and so far it hasn't worked...to say the least I feel so lost. I just can't understand why we can't get pregnant. I am however going to try the baby aspirin and either the mussinex or the robitussin. I am willing to try just about anything at this point to help our chances. I just started the third round of clomid so i am crossing my fingers that it works this time. Baby dust to all of you!

Hey ladies I just wanted to give you all a update on me. I didn't take any clomid this cycle but I did have a HSG last thursday and my right tube is open but the left tube in completely blocked so I called the doctor's office yesterday to see if he had the reports and the nurse said yes he have the reports but he haven't read it yet and once he do then they will call me to let me know what I need to do. I am now waiting on the official verdict. I am have also made up my mind if it happens then it will happen and if not oh well. I am 40 so my chances are going down real quick. Anyway I am currently cd 15 and yesterday on cd 14 I use my first opk for this cycle and I got a bfp and then I tested today and got another bfp I normally will test anywhere from 3 to 5 days straight or until I get a bfn. also my temp went up some from yesterday 97.97 to 98.10 and according to mymonthlycycle it said yesterday cd 14 was the start of me being fertile and that on sunday cd 17 should be my ovulation date and on monday is my last day of me being fertilty. But according to fertility friend since yesterday was my first day of getting a bfp on the opk it said I should ovulate between cd 14-16. I should start AF on Nov 30. I have started bding on cd 7, 11-12, 14-15 and I will keep bding. I hope everyone have a great weekend and I am sending tons of baby dust to everyone. Krissy68

well I am home from my surgery. They removed the endometriosis, but my tubes are blocked. My right one is totally blocked, and the left one is almost completely blocked, but the dr said there is a slim chance i can get pregnant. so thats my bad news, i hope everyone has better news than that

Hi girls!!
It has been so long since I've posted! Not much news though. Today is CD 12 for me. It's my first cycle on the 100mg, so I hope this new dosage works for me! I still barely had any side effects from the Clomid, only the hot flashes every now and then. I took an OPK yesterday and today. Yesterday it was pretty negative but today the results line is getting pretty close in color to the test line so I'm hoping that means that tomorrow I'll be getting my bfp!!! DH and I have started bd'ing yesterday and we will continue every night until I'm about CD16 or so. I used to do the whole every other day thing but I feel like I'm not taking advantage of allof my fertile days! I mean, I know they say that it's better for his sperm count but I would rather have a few less sperm getting there every day rather than maybe missing it if I wait too many hours! I dunno, I'm probably thinking too much about all of this!! I just hope this month is lucky for us!! Great to hear all of your updates! ttc 2008 - I am sorry to hear about your tubes. Why when the doctor was in there cleaning up the endo why didn't he try to flush your tubes or try to unblocked them. I will say a prayer that you will still conceive did he tell you what the next step will be for you? Please don't give up. My right tube is open but the left tube is totally blocked I found this out after having my HSG I am still waiting to talk to my doctor. Sending you tons of baby dust.

worththewait - Hey girlied I am keeping everything cross for you that you get your bfp on your opk and I agree with you I would bd every day if you feel like it that is what I try to do when it is that time frame.

Here is my little update: Still no news from the doctor to see what the final verdict is from my HSG once I find out I will let you all all know. I am currently on cd 19 and 2 dpo or at least that is what I think I can never really figure it out. I got my first bfp on the opk on Nov 13 which was cd 14 and I got bfp for the next 4 days according to fertility friend I ovulated on Nov 16 which was cd 17 I am thinking I might just take a opk test just to see if it will be negative. I normally can feel myself ovulating but this month nothing at all so who knows AF should be here anywhere between Nov 30 - Dec 3 and I can take a hpt on Dec 3 according to fertility friend. I will keep you all updated my temp was going up but today it went from 98.26 cd 18 to 98.13 cd 19 not sure what to think I will just have to wait and see. Sending tons and tons of baby dust to everyone. Krissy68

Krissy68- I dont know why the dr didnt do that either. He told me there was a micro surgery that he could do on the next step but its unlikely that it would work. He told me that the next resonable step to think about is ivf. and he told me the price and i about died!!!! I go in on the 3rd for the post op to talk more about it. He tried explaining what he did to me and what was wrong but i was drugged up on the anaesthesia so it kinda went in and out the ears lol. I think he should of did the surgery before i did the 6 rounds of clomid, in my eyes i think that i wasted 6 months for nothing. He put the blue duy to see if the tubes were blocked the right one blew up like a balloon, and the other one only a little dye came out like dots. he drew me a picture to help explain it to me. I feel like i let my husband down. I will never look at myself the same way. I have been depressed ever since i got the news. its just so hard. so much work and nothing to show for it., My husband really wanted to have baby boys since he is the last man to carry on his last name in his family. so he is crushed.

Well, I am a little confused. I am 4 days late, massively sore and swollen breasts, severe nausea and still BFN on tests. Any ideas?

Hey everyone I have a question. Today was my last day of Clomid and I have an appointment tomorrow to see how things are progressing. My doctors nurse just called and said that she will give me the perscription tomorrow for the injectable that I will need to have once ovulation gets close in order to induce ovulation. I was a little taken off guard b/c I don't know anything about these injectables or their success rates or anything. Has anyone had these or know anything about them? If so have them helped in addition to the Clomid?

Hi Everybody. I have been ttc for 4 months but really didn't start paying more attention to my ovulation time, etc. until last month when I started Clomid 50 mg, day 5-9. Can anybody tell me how many times they made love during their peak ovulation time and did not get pregnant while on Clomid? My husband and I made love 4 days in a row as soon as the ovulation test came back that I was ovulating and we didn't get pregnant even though the blood tests said I scored a 19 regarding my progesteron levels which confirmed that I ovulated. I guess I thought it would be easy to get pregnant. It is so hard to be patient with the process. Thanks for your responses. Baby dust to all of us!

ttc 2008 - Please don't be down and depress try and stay positive. Do you and your dh have any kids? Just write all your questions down and take them with you when you go to see the doctor on the 3rd so if I am really understanding you right tube is totally block and the left tube is starting to get blocked. When you go can you tell him you want a HSG because that could flush your tubes wide opend. Let me know. Sending you a hug. Krissy68

Krissy68- is the Hsg like what I had done, with the dye in the tubes? do you think it will work? i hope so. we are in a crunch for time with all these procedure. my insurance changes from one to another on jan 1st. I want to get as much done as possible before then. No we dont have any kids. well if you count a guinea pig :) We have been telling our family and they keep telling me that he should of flushed my tubes. Today is better for me. I spent the day with the hubby we layed in bed and watched tv, spent much needed quality time together. it was so nice! I dont know what i should ask my dr. I just have so many things running in my mind. can you help me?
