soready, hello i was diagnosed with pcos and i havent had my af this year yet, its crazy ive never had any problems prior to this. I asked my dr how long I can take the clomid and he said it was debatible. I think he was gonna try it for a little while then refer me to a fertility dr but im not sure we will do that since its so expensive and not covered by insurance. Hopefully the 150 will work, I went from a progesterone level of 1 to 9.7 going from 50 to 100mg of clomid so maybe the 150 will do the trick. what amount of clomid are you taking???

heather - my dh is deployed right now so this cycle (cd8 now) I am not taking any. In July I will probably be taking 100mg on cd3-7. I cant wait! It seems like so far away.

It's been a crazy hectic work week for my but I am doing good. Tomorrow is my last day of the clomid and I have to say (knock on wood) not a single side affect! I was really worried about that before I started taking it. So now we play the waiting game for a few days and then try again!!! I have a good feeling about it this month!!

oh I forgot to tell everyone.... I am a Florist and I had a man come in today to buy flowers for his wife. They have been trying to get pregnant for 6 YEARS!! When they were about to give up she got pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl this morning! It made me smile!! There is hope for us all!! :o)

I forgot to ask. Silly me. I was on 1st cycle of clomid 50 mg from 3 - 7.

Ladies,

I was tempted to take urine test. My husband brought one urine test kid last week and purposely hide it from me because he knew I cant wait to use it before I missed period.

But just now, I found it unaccidentally at his drawer, so i went quietly to the toilet and did the test. U know what? I got a very light + sign. Today is my CD25 and the test was taken late evening (Sg time). Can urine test be acurate at this point and can it trace pregnancy??

Im so anxious now. What should i do?

Yayyyy!!! Congratulations Angie, even a very faint positive is still a positive. I didn't check your previous posts, but my only question is, 'is there any other reason you might have hcg in your system?' ie. did you get a trigger shot? If not then you are probably pregnant. I would retest with first morning urine and see if that beautiful line gets any darker. Keep us posted. sticky baby dust & hugs

Angie, I have just caught up on todays posts, and the other girls are right, it sounds as though you may have gotten a trigger of hcg to induce ovulation, in which case this pos test could be residual from that. Definitely wait a few days before retesting. We will all have our fingers crossed for you.

Hello ladies, Well it does definately sound good for you Angie!! I got my af on my own Sunday...first time this year, I wasnt expecting it to come so that means i can start the clomid again, Im gonna start 150mg tomorrow so we will see what this does since the 100 helped me get my progesterone up some and start my af. Good luck to you all, Gina Im really hoping for you his month!!! Is it the 150 your taking to????

i'm just waiting on AF which should be here around Friday, then I will have to start the 150 mg. hopefully this will be my month. fingers crossed and baby dust to all!!

prayin4ababy, I was so surprised it started i wasnt planning on taking the meds to start it till after this weekend thought id take a break for a week and then it starts, question i have is .... i had a very small spotting of blood on sat afternoon and then heavier sun and today, do i count sat or sun as day 1??? I wasnt sure if i should take the clomid today or tomorrow i was thinking tomorrow????

heather- thanks so much! I was only on the 50mg. Yesterday was my last day so today is my 8th cd. I started using my clear blue fertility monitor and it says I am already getting close to ovulating, or I am in my "high fertility" zone. It's amazing because I thought I ovulated a lot later. I am glad I bought the kit, then again maybe it's just the clomid doing it's job!

My body temperature was at 37.7 - 37.9'C (100'F) since early last week.
What is the sign of this?

ginalynn, I know when i used the sticks it was showing faint pos lines right after i finished the clomid then the lines got more faint then on my cd 18 it was a def pos very dark line, i think its the clomid working in the beginning but i have read u can o from 5-10 days after the ladt pill so it may be earlier for you, today i started the 150mg cd 3, so im right behind you this could be our month!!!!!!!!!! I have noticed the 100mg has made my cycle more normal than it ever has so i def helps get u going on the right track.

heather- I think you are thinking of something different. The thing I am using is made by Clear Blue but it was $200. You can use it for more then one pregnancy. I got it off of Drugstore.com but any drug store should carry it. You have to use it every day from your first cd.
