heather- I think you are thinking of something different. The thing I am using is made by Clear Blue but it was $200. You can use it for more then one pregnancy. I got it off of Drugstore.com but any drug store should carry it. You have to use it every day from your first cd.

ginalynn, i know what you are talking about i used one of those several years ago, i was just letting you know what my experience was with the opk sticks, it made me think it was the clomid in the first couple days i used them, Good luck i hope it worksfor you!!!!!!

heather- I didn't notice a line on my so thats why I was confused! however it is usually 5:30am and I don't pay close attention before I put the sample into the monitor!! I definately think the clomid has something to do with it! how are you making out?

Hi all! I'm new here and I wanted to join in... I've been reading up on all the posts and it's refreshing to hear good stories! I just finished round 2 of clomid 100mg yesterday (so today is CD 8). My first round was the end of Feb (50mg - no O). It's been such a long and exhausting process thus far... SO, like the rest of you, just in it for the support. :)

Abby- today is cd 10 for me! Stay positive and maybe this will be our month!! Good luck!

Wouldn't that be great! :) I read that you're using the fertility monitor. I may have missed it, but is it working well for you? I tried the OPKs last cycle, but they were so confusing... I could've sworn I got a positive but according to my bw, I didn't. I even got the package with 20 tests in it, so I tested for a couple of weeks. I may try again, but for future reference, I was just wondering how the monitor was working out.

This is my first time using the fertility monitor and it seems to be working! I have used the OPKs before as well and they did NOT work! I'll let ya know at the end of the month! :o)

ginalynn, well hello girls, i am on cd 5 taking the 150mg and so far no side effects, i got the opk again to see what happens, i was pos on cd18 last time so well see what happens.....

so exciting! I have a really good feeling this month girls!!!!!

Have either of you tried the digital OPKs? I had such a hard time reading which line was darker, I thought maybe this round I'd just go with the digital and that would clear up that problem.

Abby- I have not tried the digital OPK.

According to my fertility monitor.. I'm ovulating!! So I'm on cd 13 which would mean I would have a normal 28 day cycle this month so it makes sense! FINGERS CROSSED!

Great news!! I can imagine how excited you must be! I can't help but giggle a little bit... we get so excited about ovulating. ...It's the little things. :)

ginalynn hows it goin, well i went to the dr yesterday cd 11 and he did an us and no follicle was to be found, he said one more try with 150 clomid and then he was done id have to go to a fertility dr if i want to continue so dont know what to think or do.... hope you have better luck.

heathermed- I am so sorry, don't give up. It will happen when it is meant to. I just found out today that friends of ours are pregnant with twins. They have been trying for 6 years! They didn't give up and they are so excited.

as for me, I do not go to the dr until 5/28. My boobs are EXTREMELY tender, I have had some cramping and spotting yesterday...and....I'm EXHAUSTED. It is to early to test even though I am dying to. I keep telling myself it could all be side affects from the clomid because I don't want to get excited and then let down again....fingers crossed!

Hi Ladies...

Haven't been on in awhile but I thought I would see how everyone was doing. Well AF came for me again this week...it's so hard not to get discouraged. My OB said there wasn't anymore she could do for me so we are off to a fertility dr. Our appt in on the 18th which seems like forever but I will let you guys know what his advice is seeing as we all are in the same boat!

Heathermed, so sorry to hear your news. :( How exhausted I'm sure you must feel. I hope you find comfort in that you're not alone in this journey. I'm sure it's discouraging to know you have to see a fertility specialist, but at the same time... it's what they do best, so hopefully great things are to come.

Ginalynn, symptoms sound promising! I know what you mean by trying not to get too excited, but you did have a great feeling about this month. :) When can you test? Can't wait to hear the results! Double fingers crossed!!

Keri, sounds like you and Heather are experiencing the same thing. :( Try not to get too discouraged. Those doctors can do amazing things! And I'm sure great things are coming to you too!!

As for me, today is CD 17... still no positive OPK. I go in 5/12 (next Tuesday) for my CD 21 b/w. I'm expecting the results to show no O. *sigh*
