Hello all, I had my progesterone done yesterday and it was 10.4 and ive only had cramps on and off since last week. No other symptoms my re said to wait till i either had my af or didnt have t and i was to call him.

I started my first cycle on clomid CD 3-7. I am nervous that it won't work...been TTC for over a year and recently got my hypothyroidism problem diagnosed and under control. I would love to chat with some people that have had success on clomid 50mgs...ease my mind a little.

Keric - I can only imagine how anxious you guys must be feeling. I must admit, I might be testing everyday this week if I knew it was possible. So great job on the self control. LOL! How many DPO are you now? I got a + 11DPO, so maybe your day is coming up soon :)

Idntown - Welcome! Unfortunately, I didn't have any luck with 50mg, but lots of women do, so try not to worry too much - 100 mg works for me. Lots of luck! What CD are you on?

Heather - Did your RE mention anything about the cramps? I was just wondering what could be causing them - unless, that's normal, which it quite possibly could be... I have no idea...

I'm just counting down the days until my next appt with my RE. I really want to understand more of the reasoning behind why he doesn't monitor follies. It's starting to bother me a little. Our next appt is next Thursday (July 2) IF all my b/w comes back by then. If not, I'll have to wait about two more weeks because I'm heading to Hawaii on the 4th for a much needed vacation. Woohoo! So I'm definitely keeping my fingers crossed that I can meet with him to discuss results before then and start taking Provera. I am so over waiting!!! hehe...

I'm 11DPO today! But they told me to wait until the 27th so I'm trying really hard to wait! I did take a test last thursday but I knew it would be negative and I only did that because I took the HCG shot and they said those can cause I false positive if they are still in your system so I did it so that I would know for sure it was out of my system. I'm sure you are excited about your vacation! I can't see why your b/w wouldn't be back by your appt on the 2nd...usually is doesn't take long when they are trying to figure out the next step for you. Maybe your vacation will give you just the relaxation that you need! :)

Abbyjo, I asked the re yesterday about the cramping and he didnt seem concerned he asked if i had a good ovulation, i was like i dont know i hope!! I read that clomid can cause cramping due to the stimulation of the ovaries. So i dont know i dont feel anything and when i had my son i knew the minute i was pregnant and i had implantation bleeding and symptoms, i have not had any symptoms or bleeding yet so it may be too soon or it didnt take. I hope the cramping isnt interfering with anything it. Im not exactly sure when i o, i took the shot last sunday, the re said usually its in 24 hours from the shot so if thats the case i would of on monday, and then i would be due for my af next monday. So im about 8 dpo today maybe its to soon for implantation to occur i dont know.

Only 3 more days, Keric! And Heather - maybe 5 more days? Gosh, you guys are so close!

Keric - My RE said the karyotype test is what takes a couple of weeks to come back, so that's what we're hoping we'll have by our next appt. It's some kind of chromosomal analysis that will look for any abnormalities in both mine and my DH's chromosomes like the number and the size/shape. I guess it has something to do with the chromosomes not dividing correctly (23 from me, 23 from DH) so the baby ends up with unbalanced translocation, which will cause recurrent miscarriages or birth defects. From what I remember my RE saying, it's a pretty invasive process.

Has anyone else had that done? ...just wondering...

AbbyJo I am on CD11 right now so have lots of time left to BD and try and hit o. I have heard that a lot of women have more success on the 100mgs and my OBGYN said if this month isn't successful then she will bump me up. Oh and have FUN on your vacay! How great!!

No news just checking in. But I do have a question...does clomid 100mg make anyone tired?? I am like falling asleep at my desk at work.

Jax - I have heard that clomid has a multitude of possible s/e so I am sure that being tired is one of them. Other then being tired how do you feel?

Other than that I am ok...just extrememly tired and its so annoying lol. I dont feel any pain so I hope its working. How are you doing? Do you have any other form of chat besides here?

Heather...That is good about ur Progesterone level. That means u did ovulate! So have u taken any pregnancy test yet? If u havent, when can u test?

Abbyjo...I think its awesome that ur gonna get away for a little while. My friend went to Hawaii and got pregnant after ttc on clomid for 3 cycles. She got prego, the month she had decided to take off from meds. So maybe it will be ur month! Dont worry, ur b/w should be in within 10 days of when it was drawn.

Jax...I was very tired when I took my clomid, so dont worry its a s/e.

esmy... when i took the hpt on cd 30, it was the first test i had taken in months. i had to take provera to get my period to start taking the clomid, but after the first cycle, my period came regularly on the 28th day. for "some reason" it didn't come at the right time, so the doctor had said if i didn't start by the 31st cd to call them. i decided i would just test one morning when i woke up bc i knew when i called the doctor the next day that would be their 1st question. I was literally shocked to see the BFP! honestly the only thing i did differently that cycle was i didn't worry about it. i was so certain it wasn't working for me, so i was just thinking i had to get through the month so i could start the next step. i really hope my info can help you out. i know how frustrating and discouraging it is. even now, i'm constantly worried that something is going to go wrong. i don't go back to see the doctor until july 22nd. i'm 8 weeks now, but i'll be 12 weeks then. I saw my doctor at 6 weeks, so it seems really too long to be waiting to go back, but oh well. good luck to everyone & keep us all posted on everything going on!!

hello girls, just answering some questions, my cycles have been around 30-32 days, im trying not to get to excited i dont feel anything so far so i am gonna wait til mon or tue and if my af doesnt come then i will test but i feel deep inside that my af will be coming but im keeping hope.

Hello gals, Not much a do, am on Cd13 today, Took Clomid 3-7 n Robittusin from cd 8 to today. Wish me luck.

Insafehands: I am on CD12 and took clomid CD3-7 too! We are cycle buddies! GL and I hope we get our BFPs this time!!!

I have no new news to report, but hopefully this will be a month full of BFPs!
