Hello ladies! Well today is cd20 I got my + OPK on Tuesday which was cd18 so four days earlier that last month. So hopefully that will help! =) We did an insemenation yesterday and we will do another today. We are just doing it ourselves because we can't afford it otherwise this month. We only do it in the cervix because we can't put the unwashed sperm directly in the uterus. So I am really hoping that the cause of my hostile cm was because it was too thick. I used the musinex and I could tell such a huge difference in the amount and the texture! I started my progesterone last night so now we are just on the 2ww... again... The longest two weeks ever!!!

Thanks for listening and good luck to all of you!!!

Kenadismom08 I'm on cd14 and I started checkin my OPK's. Around this time I get a surge so I'd recommend that.

SoReady yeah I have heard of that too. I was just saying what my Dr. does so it isn't unusual to get bloodwork at that time.

Good Luck Aivasmom!! I should be in my 2WW sometime after this weekend.

kenadismom08 - September 3rd, 2009 7:19 PM

I have a question when does my 2ww start? i am now on CD15.

AbbyJo_123 - September 3rd, 2009 8:25 PM

SoReady - Thanks for the reassurance. I keep telling myself I should just enjoy not having symptoms. After next week's appt, I'll feel MUCH better about everything.

Aivasmom - GOOD LUCK! That's pretty neat that you guys can do IUIs yourself. I wouldn't have thought that was even possible. Sounds like the musinex did it's job!

kenadismom - Your 2ww doesn't start until you O. Then, generally, you would wait two weeks to test - hence the 2ww. So, keep using your OPKs and let us know when you get a +! Hopefully, it'll be soon! I'm a late O'er - CD17 the first cycle of Clomid and CD 22 the next. So your day should be coming soon.

Jax - I hope you have an eventful weekend!!

ok thanks i'll keep testing... and you guys will know soon.

Help! I finally have my clomid. My Dr. wants me to take it days 3 - 7. I started very light period today at noon...would that be enough to count this as day 1? When do I take the baby aspirin and the tussin? When should I use OPKs? Any info is appreciated!

wifelady - September 4th, 2009 3:09 PM

littlebit- I think you should count today as cd 1. You could start taking aspirin and the tussin today. As for the opk's i start taking them on cd 11 but i have a 28-29 day cycle... you can look it up online when you should take them according to how many days are in your cycle. Hope this helps :)

LittleBit - September 4th, 2009 5:04 PM

Thanks Wifelady. I have a 31 day cycle so i'll have to figure that out.

kenadismom08 - September 6th, 2009 10:38 PM

ok so today when i got the go ahead with my OPK so DH and i been bding alot.. but we've been doin that already lol jus wanted to keep you ladies informed.

Hope23 - September 7th, 2009 1:16 PM

hello ladies...i've been keeping up with everyone's progess post and thought i'd give an update of my own. we'll again this is my 2nd cycle of clomid 1st cycle 5-9; this cycle 3-7. well i've been hoping i would ovulate early since last cycle was around cd23{FF} but doc said i did not ovulate at all??! so now this cycle on 50mg {FF} said i ovulated on Cd20 but i didnt bd since cd17 could i still have conceived still? O i also bd on cd21{1 day after FF estimate
the big O} late n the pm. so i dont kno if that helped ne. any advice??

AbbyJo_123 - September 8th, 2009 3:16 PM

Hope - If it helps any, my DH and I bd'd 3 days before I O'd and we conceived - I think it was a Sunday morning and I O'd on a Wednesday. So there's definitely still a chance! And I think an egg can survive 24-36 hrs after it is released, so bd'ing on cd21 could've worked also. Stay positive!

Hope23 - September 8th, 2009 10:01 PM

Abbyjo 123 thnks I am juss soo confused because my temp was 98'16 then this morning it dropped to 97'61 hich changed my chart bakpak to no O detected yet and I am on 24c so that's more confusing since my cycles range from 28-30 days... I guess it doesn't help I don't wake up the same time except mon-fri when I work . maybe it'll go bak up tomorr AM ? *back to the drawing board to *wait

please excuse my typos i used my touchscreen phone

Aivas-mom - September 10th, 2009 2:31 AM

HI! Well I am on cd 27 (barely). =) I usually have a 31+ day cycle so I sill have a few days to wait until I can test. I think I will test on Saturday or Sunday. It would be 1-2 days before I should see AF. I quit testing early for a long time becuase I just couldn't take seeing the negative tests. But I think I will because it's not going to change it - either I'm pregnant or I'm not. Then at least I can start preparing for AF and start dealing with the emotions and preparations for another cycle. If for some reason it's too early to get a positive then it will be a nice surprise when AF doesn't come! We'll see how long this plan lasts though... =) I just had my birthday on Saturday (29 - last year of my 20's!) I am hoping for a wonderful belated birthday present this Saturday!!!

I hope that all is well with all of you and we should be getting some results here soon for a few of us. Fingers crossed and prayers all around!!!

Hello ladies,
Ive been mia, lol. But i have read up on everyone theres so many here now i cant keep track. Well baby dust to all of you. AFM, i beleive i am around 15 weeks and i go for my 16 week blood work next friday, my next appt is sept 23 and it will be an u/s so hopefully we will find out what we are having. I still have been feeling sick and the dr gave me zofran instead of the phenergran b/c it knocked me out, i guess my bw was ok when he was checking me for dehydration but still get cramps off and on in my calfs. Abbyjo keep the faith everything is ok some people have symptoms and others dont, i barely had anything with my son and this time i swear its killing me, lol. I keep blaming my dh, ha ha. Well good luck all!!!!!!!!!!!!

AbbyJo_123 - September 11th, 2009 10:30 AM

Good morning everyone!
Heather - That really sucks you're still sick! Hopefully, your new meds will help. I'm starting to feel lucky about not having any symptoms.

All the othe girls... I know there were a few pg tests that were going to be taken here recently. Has anybody done any testing? :)

My news... I'm on bed rest. I've had a lot of cramping for the past several days. I was supposed to have an appt this morning with my RE but he had to leave yesterday for a family emergency so now I won't see him until Tuesday. Because of the cramping, DH and I decided to go to the ER last night. The ER doctor examined me and managed to get in touch with my RE and they decided I should be on "strict bed rest" - I'm only supposed to get up to go to the bathroom. It's really weird, because it's only the first day and since I don't really "feel" pregnant - aside from the cramping - I feel lazy and like I'm playing hookey from work. Luckily DH is home today so he's made me breakfast so far and is already digging around for what he's going to make me for lunch. :)
