Could I Be Pregnant With Twins?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant which will be my third. I look about 3 to 4 months and very sick. My mate's Aunts are twins and everyone is telling me I look like Im having twins, could I be. It would help if someone who has had twins could help.

twin follows along the maternal line so ur mate having twins in his family does nto affect ur chances of getting them
