Could It Be Twins? Just Feels Different

This is my 4th Prego and it feels different. I feel heavy down there compared to my 3 girls. I also swear at times I feel movement and it hurts to button my pants up.

This Prego just feels different, do you think it could be twins???

I feel “full” down there.

it could be but it may be a boy pg. Lots of gals wonder about multiples due to drastically different symptoms, but symptoms are unreliable to judge gender or the number of babies a woman is carrying. A sono will tell you for sure.
