Could These Be Symptoms Of Twins?

First, I have twins in my family (fraternal, not identical). Then, I got my big fat positive at 8 days past ovulation. Also, my hcg level at 6:30 am at 10 dpo was 125 and then 48 hours later it was 297. Also, there's the hunch factor and the needle "test". What do you think?
