Thanks Wishful! I was slightly concerned I might have overstimulated but I thought what the heck so I become Octomom! From cycle day 8-12 I was in alot of pain. Every time I moved I hurt. Even rocking in a rocking chair hurt but it could have been the estradiol because as soon as i stopped taking it the pain went away.

I know i have asked on a different post but I am just kinda wondering what everyone has thought about after they have the twins. Like how will they travel to the store with them, breast or bottle, one crib or two that kinda stuff.

So I went to my OB today and to my surprise she is prego! 2 months ago when i saw her she did not have a belly and she was rather rough. Today she was very nice and asking me what she could do for me. I was blown away! Anyways, she wants me on 50mg of clomid cd 5-9. But I have decided to take 100mg clomid cd3-7 and 50mg on cd8 just to give my egss a boost. My OB thinks that I have such long cycles because it takes my body longer to mature the eggs. So i think that it wont hurt to give them a boost. Then sometime between cd12-14 I will go in for an u/s (to check my follicles) followed by an Hcg shot if I have at least 1 is matured. I should O 36 hours after the shot and then we should bd every other day. She said that bd'ing everyday does not lower sperm count. But bd'ing every other day would ensure a better quality of sperm. she said that the sperm need a day to rest! lol I cant wait until my next cycle. I am so excited. Time is going to be soooo slow!

We also talked about multiples and she there is only a 6% chance. Thats kinda sucks! And she said that there is no proven method to help sway the gender of the baby.

Still no "O" spike Really bummed :0(

Hey ladies, quick update. After my BFN yesterday I was totally bummed, but then tonight I threw up out of NOWHERE. Kind of getting my hopes up again. Wouldnt it be a cruel twist of fate if it was just the flu or something? Instead of taking another test and getting another BFN, I'm going to wait until either AF shows up (was due today) or Sunday, whichever comes first. Wish me luck!

Mzwest, I'm sorry about your late O. I thought I read that clomid delays your ovulation. You've got to O though, with all that cramping. Also, I decided that if I have twins or triplets, I would probably have to go to the store in the evenings or early mornings when my husband is home, and avoid going anywhere in the day. I think I would put them both in the same crib until they were rolling, and then separate them (that's what my friend with twins did). I would definitely breastfeed twins, and triplets I would still try to make it work, even if I could only nurse two at a time and then supplement the third with formula, making sure that the formula fed baby is equally rotated. I'm sure it will be tough, but well worth it.

SoReady, I hope it all works out. And you're lucky to be getting an HCG shot. You'll probably be getting your twins after all, and a lot more likely than I am without the shot. Best of luck.

I started the progesterone cream and I feel wonderful. I know that sounds stupid, but I had been a little nauseas every day since I started clomid, and the progesterone seemed to quench the nausea. That's always a bonus. Did you ladies order yours yet? I read about a lady on another thread who just miscairried clomid twins because of a lack of enough progesterone. Just something to consider.

If I dont get a "O" today I am going to call my Doctor about a shot. I am going to be going to go to the GNC store and get my progesterone and preseed today. I cant wait to test I just know i am "O"ing.Last night the test came back - but I started to have EW. I was ready to bd but hubby wanted to wait.

trying4twins2 - We are in the same boat almost. I have 4 daughters, ages 20, 18, 14 and 4 and I am trying for #5 I would love a son to carry on my father's last name. I'm currently on cd 14 and started yesterday having ovulation pain got my bfp on the opk on cd 12 & 13. Krissy68

I am worried about possible m/c, thats why I was wondering about progestrone cream. My OB said that my progestrone levels were ok last time she did a blood test. After i get the big BFP, I will insist that my OB do more blood work! So until hen I think that I am gonna hold off on the cream.

lookingforbabies - How are you feeling today? Are you going to test or just hold off until Sunday? Keeping my fingers cross for you.

ok ladies I need some help fast. My OPK test came back - again but I am having EW since last night. Is the test wrong? Am I "O"?

i'm on cd 11. boy these days go by so slow. on my normal cycle i would expect to o on day cd 22 [35 day cycle] but because of the clomid should i expect it earlier? i started testing yesterday, so 2 days now with a negative.

i thought i read up there that someone read that clomid delays the ovulation? i'm testing everyday until day 18 [hopefully by then will get something?]...

still need to pick up progesterone cream and astroglide. there's no where i can just buy the cream?

sorry i'm rambling. i've been in a funky mood all week.

Mzwest83 - I'm not sure what is going on with your opk but your cm sounds to me like you are ovulating. Have you been bding? I hope so. Let me know what cd are you on? I'm on cd 14 and on cd 10&11 my opk was bfn and then on cd 12&13 it was bfp and today cd 14 it is bfn so I have been bding and I plan on bding a few more days.

haveboxerwantbaby - I know when I was on clomid it did lenghthen my ovulation to around cd 18-20 so I would keep testing and also bd. Good Luck. Krissy68

Krissy68- Other than the random throwing up that one time my boobs are super sore (to the point where I have to hold them still when going up and down stairs to stop the painful jiggling), but that could just be a symptom of AF, so I'm not sure... Dh came home with a HPT today and told me I'm testing tomorrow morning whether I like it or not, lol. He's as nervous as I am! I go back and forth between being 100% comvinced that I'm preggo and then 100% sure that its just AF on her way. Oh well, I guess I'll know for sure tomorrow morning (12 dpo). Cross your fingers for me ladies, I'll make sure to post with my results ASAP. Baby dust to all!

Thanks Krissy for answering.I went and bought a different kind of OPK. I should have the first time I used it when it didnt work at all. But I am cheap! So I bought a digital kit. I am worried because my doctor said there is nothing he can do at this point. I did read online that you can "O" as late as cd25 so I am still holding out hope I can catch it. We have not been bd because hubby wants a boy so bad he is doing the shettles to a t. Which is 12 hours after O we bd. I Am thinking about lieing just so I feel like I am not wasting this Clomid.
Looking for babies- I will keep you in my prayers! It sounds like you are pregnant to me! Try a sports bra. I am a chesty girl and when ever I moved with my last I hurt. I lived in mine for the first 3 months! Do you have any other signs??
