Dr. Saw A Second Fluid Filled Sac???

Had u/s at 7wks saw a sac and heartbeat-thank god. Then Dr. (Specialist) said he was seeing another fluid filled sac but because I have a tilted uterus and enometriosis could not clearly see the sac. Have another u/s scheduled at 8 wks. Could this be twins?

I am pregnant by IVF and had a similar diagnosis when I went in due to heavy bleeding and passing of tissue. The doctor told me the same thing but that the smaller sac was not viable and did not have a heartbeat. When I went back 6 days later,(praying the one sac was still intact) the doctor detected a heartbeat in both sacs. I hope everything has turned out well for you too.

Katie, what great news!! I still don't know much more. I did have another songoram at 8 wks but the Dr. wasn't there and I am not sure the tech was clear what she was looking for.
I am prengant by insemination with the help of clomid. Good luck to you.

sonya what happened with your ultrasound, what did they end up finding? I go back for my 2nd u/s on wed they also found 2 sacs but only one sac had a baby and the other one just had fluid at 6.5 weeks, and on wed I will be about 9 weeks so I am hoping the doc can figure out whats going on!!
