Endometriosis + Clomid = ???

I have endometriosis. dh and I have 2 sons, and have been ttc since june 09. after bloodwork by my OB, it was discovered that my estrogen levels are low. I have not ovulated since january 08. My dr decided that after my husband and I get back from vacation out of country in november that she will start me on clomid.. I have to admit that twins sounds like something I wouldnt be too mupset over, but at the same time I am not sure I actually want twins. Can a few of you tell me who had twins off clomid and what my chances are? Twins ran in my mothers side of the family A LOT with her grandmother. and twins on my husbands side of the family with his aunt...Does that raise my chances? I am just trying to learn more about Clomid and hear some stories. thank you
