Etreme Symptoms - Pregnant

I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks through a home test. This was confirmed a few days later by a blood test. My question is if it's possible I could be carrying twins. I thought I may be pregnant due to my symptoms as was not due for my next (late) period for another week. Like I said I am only now 4 weeks and already have a bump. Am unbelieveably tired and dizzy - any thoughts?

I have a similar question; I am only 4 weeks 4 days but I am completely exhausted; so exhausted that I slept from saturday night to monday morning, only taking breaks to go to the bathroom and one 1/2 hour awake period online. :-) My first pregnancy was nothing like this... can this extreme fatigue occur in a singleton pregnancy? How common is it in a multiple pregnancy?
