I have twins that are 18 months old but never had an HCG test. I am pregnant again and my HCG level is 121,000 @ 5 weeks 5 days. Is this extremely high. Seems high compared to estimates

seems high just from reading other posted hcg levels...either way, congratulations on your pregnancy!

I am curious as well. My doctor told me today that my blood test came back +, however, my hcg was low (400) so I went for another test and have to wait now. My quesiton is, she took my blood originally even before I missed my period - in other words- 14 days passed ovulation. From my research, isn't that number kind of high not low? I think the doctor was confused when she matched my level to my date. What do you think (I too am concerned about twins because I had a twin pregnancy and lost one). So in summary what does a 400 hcg level mean 4 wks post lmp or 14 days post ovulation?
