Help- High HCG

I am pregnant, LMP started May 30...I believe I conceived around the 14-16 of June. I had horrible cramping last week and went into the emergency room. I had a sac measurng 7 weeks and a HCG level of 143,000. They thought I had a molar pregnancy and we went in the next day for a D&C. However, once the dr started talking he said they didn't spot grape clusters like they thought and my hcg levels hadn't changed in 24 hours. He said 20-40% chance this is a viable pregnancy. I started reading up on high HCG levels and figue I am high, but not out of the charts??? Could I be pregnant with twins and they just aren't seeing a fetal pull yet because i am not even 6 weeks yet???

Yes, the number is pretty high. The only way to know exactly what is going on is too have another u/s. Yes, there is a chance you have twins and it is early. My numbers are every high also and we are waiting to see if it is twins. When is your next appt.? You try not to worry and rest. I know it is really hard to know the unknown. My appointment for a blood draw is Wednesday, U/S on Thursday...I guess I will know more then...I am so sick (I am asssuming from having such high HCG levels) and exhausted...gonna try to rest. I am having nightmares everynight...hope that doesn't mean something bad:) Good luck to you to...when will you know???
