Hmm... Could This Be Twins?

I got my first big fat positive at 9 dpo and went to the doctor the next day. The following morning I had blood work done (6:30 am) and my hcg level was 125 at 11 dpo. Then at 13 dpo it was 297. Should it be higher for twins?
