I've gotten pregnant 3 x's with clomid. The first was at 100 mg. (single pregnancy), the second was 150 mg. (single pregnancy, ended in m/c) and the third was 150 mg. (twin pregnancy). Now 37 1/2 weeks and can't wait for them to come out. I found that I had no side effects with 50 mg., but 100 mg. was the worst for me (headaches and hotflashes). Didn't seem to bother me as much jumping from 100 to 150 though.

I was on 50mg of clomid and had triplets - so be forewarned!!!

I was on 50mg unprescribed clomid and I had a burst ovary. go to your doctor!

i was on 50mg, then 100mg days 5-9 unprescribed clomid and am currently pregnanct with a singleton...if you can get support and help from your doctor please do so otherwise the risk is all on you. i had no side effects at all and if i did i didn't notice them as i took it at night before going to bed. lots of baby dust and good luck!am currently 8 weeks and doing very well indeed!

Hi :I took a dose of 50mg in firstround and it did not help however the 100mg worked for me.So i got pregnant in second round of clomid.The only symtom I had was hot flashes.And this is my first baby and I hope verything goes well!!All the best to you too
