I went to the ER at 6wks3days because I was having a lot of cramping but no spotting. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and the nurse took a extremely long time looking. I got to see the screen and saw my baby's heart beat but at one angle I saw what looked like another sac behind the one with my baby's heart beat. Could I be having twins? also after that I started spotting for 3-4 days only light pink though. With my first pregnancy I never had spotting and never had morning sickness. but this one like i said i had spotting but i also have a morning sickness to the point that I threw up. (i have never thrown up before) twins run on my mom's side, my dad's side and on my husbands mom's and dad's sides. I also just feel that there is more than one? I'd appreciate anyones opinions.
