I was actually pregnant with twins in 2001 and at the same time 2 seperate sacs formed about 2 weeks later. However, the sacs that formed later did not completely develope. My doctor told me that this was called a twin and molar pregnancy. As far as getting pregnant 3 months down the road, I don't know. Although, I do think if that happened, the chances of that pregnancy being a successful one is very slim.

It is possibe but rare, it happens if you have more then one uterus. When a women becomes pregnant she usually is told to take precautions about getting pregnant a second time. Your girl friend should have looked into the precautions if in fact she got pregnant by you or surprise, surprise ended up with twins but the second baby was hiding. All I really have on advice is get involved in the pregnancy and find out the truth.
