I am almost 6 weeks according to my LMP. But I ovulated a day or two late. Last week I went in for my first set of betas. At 4w3d and 4w5d.. they were 670 and 1476. These seemed a little high to both me and my doctor. He did a scan but said it was too early to see anything. I went in today for another beta and came back at 28,148! This is pretty high for how far I am and also much higher than normal doubling rate. Right at 5 weeks I became absolutely exhausted. I sleep 9 hours a night and then nap 3.5-5 hours per day. This is my 2nd baby and I don't ever remember being THIS tired with my first. I also have nausea and tender bb, but nothing out of ordinary. Has anyone else experienced this? Twins do run in my family and I'm beginning to wonder if that's a possibility. ??? I go back in for u/s on Monday.
