Hello,
I woke up on Sunday morning and could all of a sudden actually breathe! I realized that my stomach had dropped. For anyone out there who has already had twins, how soon after you dropped did you go into labor? I also had an ultra sound on Saturday and both babies are head down.. could I be close? I am almost 34 weeks with fraternal twins! Thanks for your help!

Sorry, I can't help you. I actually never dropped and this was my second delivery. I ended up getting induced at 38 weeks, 1 day. I'm told that if it is your 1st pregnancy, you could go into labor anywhere from now till 1-2 weeks. If this is a second (or more) prgnancy then dropping usually occurs right before you go into labor. Good luck with your twinsies!!!

I don't ever remember dropping with the twins. I know I did with my first pregnancy (singleton). Maybe because I carried them low to begin with so I wouldn't have really noticed.
