This is not a question, some advice that may help out with us lucky ones who get the horrible rash. I am 35 weeks but in my 33rd week, I developed a rash that itched terribly 24 hours and soon spread to my arms, then my legs and on the top part of my feet. Don't get me wrong, I still have it and it sucks but it is not near as bad as it was. And of course, I am no doctor but to help ease the pain, i would definatly go to your doctor and suggest the following. I was prescibed 25 mg of Hydoxzine HCL that I take 3 times a day. I take it with 25 mg of benadryl every four hours, my doctor said it was safe to take up to 50 mg in a 6 hours, but it does make me tired. I take a 30 min bath of Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment (colloidal oatmeal skin protectant) every day. One packet will do but I put two in. Just make sure the bath water is lukewarm. Along with all that, I apply benadryl cream but not at the same time as taking benadryl in pill form. Of course, every woman is different and different things work for different people. Not only that, I am sure there are cases of PUPPS where it is not so bad and others, like mine, that is simply unbearable and drives you absolutly crazy. Before you try anything, I would definatly go to your doctor first but I just want to help others who are new to this rash as I was a couple of weeks ago and desperatly searching the internet for websites that would help me. Good luck to all.
