I just got my prog + hcg test at 19 days past ovulation and my prog was 240 and hcg 608!! Could this indicate twins??

wow that is high. not sure if that can mean anything about multiples, but definitely ask your doc of that could possibly mean twins or more. i thought it was the hcg, but i'm not sure.

My first blood draw to confirm pregnancy was hCG 325 ? and my progesterone was 55. I think this was around 15dpo. I'm having twins! Good Luck!

When the nurse told me my prog level, she didn't seem concerned... I told her I was concernened, she was like you are pregnant! umm... my day 21 prog test on Clomid (before I knew I was pregnant) was 160. so, maybe it was the clomid that's making it super high! We'll see, I go on the 22nd to the dr. but I'm still nervous.

hey punktaw ~ interesting about your prog level. I am 15dpo and my prog is 136. I was on Clomid this cycle. I am trying to figure out if it is indicative of twins. my HCG was 126. when do you find out if you are having twins? I am supposed to go in for my ultrasound in a couple of weeks.

I go tomorrow!!! I'm nervous!!! So, I'll let you know! I don't want another miscarriage and I'm so paranoid... my boobs aren't hurting much today. I hope that's ok!

Well it does not mean multiples. I went today and saw one great peanut - heartbeat at 134 bpm. So, I'm still praying. I go back in 4 weeks. But I did ask about the high progesterone and she said it's just called "being pregnant!" haha.
