Stronger/ Early Syptoms With Twins?

All mommy's with twins: I was just curious as to when your first syptoms started and if they seems to be more stronger than with a single pregnancy? With my first pregnancy, I did not have any syptoms until I was 8 weeks along, with this one I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, lots of gas, mild cramps and hunger spouts. Except when I do eat, I become full off of only a few bites. My doctor wont see me till my 8th week and Im nervous about feeling the way I do this early on.

I didn't really get any symptoms until about 7 or 8 weeks. But I did get the side pain which is how I knew I was pregnant.

i didnt know when my last period was, so i think my first symptoms started at around 6 weeks - going from ultrasound dates. the tw ins were my first pregnancy so i dont know if they were stronger. ,my first symptom at 6 weeks was sore boobs, then the morning sickness kicked in soon after -YAY- along with extreme fatigue: i could sleep 15+ hours a night plus day naps easily. lol.

I think I may have slept most of the first 24wks away!! Then I couldn't move anymore.

Haha Corona! You're lucky. As soon as the morning sickness wore off I was hit by brutal heartburn and acid reflux. I couldn't eat after 6pm and even then it had to be tiny. No wonder i only gained 32 lbs. (But don't worry, I gained the reccommened weight AFTER the girls were born ARGGGGGGG)

Thanx Ladies! The only for sure thing Im aware of is in fact the side pains, I do have alot of gas though which could be the cause. I guess I will have to just do the waiting game. Thanks.

yes , yes , yes i have the gas pains they are here everyday. the side pain is bad also i am 30 y/o and 10 weeks preg with twins . i have extreme exhaustion and nausea. Sometimes i get really hungry spouts and i eat a little and want to burst. I have lost 6 lbs ;therefore, i have started to drink butter pecan ensure( not the best tasting beverage). The side pain and mild cramps and gas are the worst. It seems i have an ailment everyday. I feel sorry for my husband lol. so u are not alone delia

I got my first symtoms at 4 weeks, I alway knew early with all my pregancies. I have 3 boys 6,3& 1 and I am 10 weeks pregnant with twins. I have a lot of gas, I am either hungry or really stuffed no middle point. I am tired all the time but the main symptom was I had to eat breakfast. I never eat breakfast. And I was starving a bout 10 minutes after waking up. My Dr. ordered a US at 8 weeks and verified twins. Aaaahhhh. Really freaked out. Tell your Dr. you think it may be twins. he may see you sooner. I live in Indiana where if you find out at 2 weeks prgnant they will make an appointment.
