[Original Post]

I had an u/s done today. I am 5 weeks and from the moment I got pregnant I have had a strong feeling that it is twins. Even had a dream (right before I got pregnant). This will be my 4th child and I am 30 years old. They did abdominal and vaginal scan and we saw 1 yolk sac. I said so it is definitely not twins? And she responded nope because there is only 1 yolk sac. Is it possible to have twins with only 1 yolk sac and would you be able to tell already? I don't care if it is twins or not, but I can't shake the strong feeling that it is only 1, even after the sonogram. Am I just going crazy? Any thoughts?

Sorry, I meant to right that I can't shake the strong feeling that is 2 and not just 1. Didn't mean to make it confusing, lol. thanks

Hi I am currently 10 weeks pregnant with twins and have done a lot of research lately. Here is a site that I have come across. This might give you the info you are looking for: monoamniotic.org I am unable to post the exact link I want because this site thinks I am advertising. Hope this helps.
