Ultrasound At 6 Wks 3/5 Days?

I had an urgent ultrasound and was not able to see the screen and the tech wasn't allowed to tell me anything. I got a call from my nurse later that night telling me that my baby was fine. That was it (and that I'm two days farther along than I thought). I had been fairly certain that I was carrying twins, but since the nurse didn't mention twins, can I be assured that I have a singleton pregnancy? Would they necessarily see twins that early? Thanks in advance.

Erin, that is bizarre. Usually they let you see the screen and tell you what's going on. I am 6 weeks 1 day and I saw both twins. How are you now, months later?
