Urinary Tract Infection While On Clomid

I've been on clomid for five cycles now and every cycle when I reach day 14 I would get a UTI. Does anyone know if Clomid is the reason why I'm getting these UTI. Should I tell my OBGYN about this, the nurse told me there's no link, but I'm thinking differently now, because this is the fifth straight cycle that I had an UTI.
