WHAT ARE THE CHANCES TO CONCEIVE TWINS WHEN ON MY HUSBAND'S FATHER'S SIDE THERE ARE TWINS AND ALSO ON HIS MOTHERS SIDE NOW THERE ARE TWINS ON MY FATHERS SIDE MY MOM ISN'T CLOSE TO HER HER FAMILY SO ON THAT SIDE WE ARE NOT INFORMED.

Your husband's side of the family won't make any difference on conceiving twins or not, since twins are produced from either 1)more than one egg being released in a cycle or 2)the one egg splitting after conception

If your father's side had twins or your mother's side, that would be a good indication because it runs on the Mom's side (your side) only. Identicals are not hereditary, only fraternal are.

I am curious about the following odds as well. My mother is a fraternal twin (caucasian) and I am mixed with caucasian and african-american. I have heard that twins run on the mother's side and have an increase with african-american ancestry as well. Is there an increase chance of me having twins?
