I already have 2 yr old faternal twins concieved naturally. At 7 wks I had my first Ob visit. He did a Vaginal US right in the exam room. He saw a sac but no baby just a spec off to the side. He said could be MC. So went to get blood done. Then had to get it done again 2 days after then 2 days after that with another vag us. I went in that last day and the lab tech said she didnt want to take my blood because my HCG levels were 98,000 and 115,000. I then had the vag us done and she saw a healthy heart beat right away. She said she didnt know what the doc saw just days prior. She only saw one baby..she looked. I went in for my 12 wk app, I was excited to here the heart beat, but the doppler had soo much static could barley hear it. said it was strong though. I am 13 wks. wont get a real sono unitil 18 wks. I have been wondering if I have twins again? I probably dont but when I think about all that stuff I wonder? Could the doc have seen one and the sono tech seen another?
